We would like to enlist your help in a campaign that Weichert Realtors — Advantage Plus has undertaken, along with their partner(s), and Title Group of TN, to collectively raise $40,000 for Habitat for Humanity. We are raising money through several different avenues, but the one that could use your help is a Yard Sale being held in April.
For many of us, the New Year brings a desire to have our homes straightened and unnecessary items removed. All the magazines and HGTV show ways of de-cluttering and bringing your home to its best. Sometimes those items that do not work for you anymore will be great treasures for someone else. If you have some of these treasures in your home that you would like to get rid of, you can bring them to our office, or we can arrange for someone to pick them up from your home.Whatever does not sell will be donated on the day of the sale to Habitat for Humanity Thrift store for their use.
The date for the yard sale is April 14 with a rain day of April 21 and will be held in the parking lot of Weichert Realtors — Advantage Plus at 114 Lovell Rd, Knoxville, TN 37922.
We would love to have you shop that day as well. Who knows what we will have that will meet your needs. Please consider helping us raise the money, but most of all help us raise another house through Habitat for a needy person.
