Kelly serves as the Manager and Closing Specialist for the Dickson office. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Phillip and they have two adult children, Madison and Zachary. 



Kelly has been in the real estate industry since 2003. During her career, she has obtained experience in all aspects of the title closing process and has prior experience in mortgage loans and as a licensed affiliate broker. Kelly is passionate about title and loves working with people! She holds a title producer license and a license to teach continuing education to real estate agents. 



Kelly is also a pastor of Waverly Church of God of Prophecy. During her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, thrifting, and exploring new towns and restaurants.

Tasha has served as Title Processor since joining Title Group of Tennessee in March of 2022. Drawing on her customer service background, she is committed to ensuring every client receives exceptional service. Originally from Mt Juliet, TN, she relocated to Dickson in search of a true hometown community to raise her three children. She is a proud graduate of Dickson County Leadership and is passionate about community involvement. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in local events, and taking advantage of the many outdoor activities Tennessee has to offer.

Alisa Bunning

Director of Communications, Dickson Office

Alisa is the Communications Director for Title Group. She values building meaningful connections with clients, realtors and industry peers, and takes pride in supporting an experience that feels personal and welcoming. She loves living in and being an active part of the Dickson community. Outside of work, Alisa treasures time with her eight grandchildren and is deeply committed to ongoing work in the country of Moldova, where she and her husband have a non-profit ministry. She also enjoys creative pursuits, travel and exploring new places with her husband of 35 years.

Brittany Lamb

Brittany is the Communications Director and Business Development Representative in our Lyles office. She has proudly called East Hickman home for more than a decade. With extensive experience in banking and loans, she brings strong financial expertise to Title Group of Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, and together they embrace a community-oriented lifestyle. You can often find them at youth sports events—whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, volunteering with local leagues, or supporting nonprofit organizations dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people in our area. In her downtime, she loves getting lost in a good book and savoring a great cup of coffee.

Luke was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and is proud to call East Tennessee home. Luke graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.A. in Business Management/Economics. He comes from a real estate background having been an abstractor prior to joining Title Group of Tennessee in 2021. He enjoys reviewing title work and solving complex title curative matters. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, playing cards, and spending time with girlfriend Jessica, dog Ruby, and family/friends.

Michael is Title Group of Tennessee’s In-House Managing Attorney. He is a Knoxville native, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and he earned his J.D. at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. Michael joined Title Group of Tennessee in 2017 after spending several years as In-House Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for a real estate development firm in East Tennessee.

She was born and raised in Knoxville, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration, and earned her J.D. at LMU’s Duncan School of Law. Kara is married to her high school sweetheart. They are active members of their church and in their free time, they enjoy spending time with their family and pets, being outdoors, and reading good books.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Katie enjoys arts and crafts, playing music, and traveling.
