Katie is Title Group of Tennessee’s Operations Manager. She currently resides in Clinton, TN with her husband Johnny, daughter Sophie and fur baby Paisley. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Katie enjoys arts and crafts, playing music, and traveling.

Kara Monk

Escrow Assistant

Kara brings more than 9  years of banking experience to her role as an Escrow Assistant, where she helps guide clients through the closing process with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Originally from East Texas, Kara relocated to Knoxville in 2016 and earned her Associate’s degree from Pellissippi State Community College. At home, Kara shares her life with her two cats and enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and catching the latest movie releases.

Stephanie utilizes her experience in broadcast journalism, media coordination, public relations, and customer service to make your closing process a smooth and enjoyable journey. She loves meeting new people and hearing their stories.

Stephanie was born and raised in Texas and is a Texas A&M grad, but Knoxville has been home since 2010 with her husband David, and daughters, Natalie and Addison.

When she’s not working to give you stellar customer service, Stephanie enjoys hiking and paddleboarding, playing frisbee with her golden labrador, checking out a new local restaurant along with old favorites, traveling, game nights, and getting together with family and friends where her salsa recipe is a must have when hosting!

Luke was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and is proud to call East Tennessee home. Luke graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.A. in Business Management/Economics. He comes from a real estate background having been an abstractor prior to joining Title Group of Tennessee in 2021. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, playing cards, and spending time with wife Jessica, dog Ruby, and family/friends.

Michael is Title Group of Tennessee’s In-House Managing Attorney. He is a Knoxville native, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and he earned his J.D. at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. Michael joined Title Group of Tennessee in 2017 after spending several years as In-House Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for a real estate development firm in East Tennessee.

Kara joined Title Group of Tennessee as their Staff Attorney in 2021. She was born and raised in Knoxville, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration, and earned her J.D. at LMU’s Duncan School of Law. Kara is married to her high school sweetheart. They are active members of their church and in their free time, they enjoy spending time with their family and pets, being outdoors, and reading good books.
