Charity has been married for 21 years and has two teenage boys. She has called Kingsport home for 14 years, and she brings a wealth of knowledge to Title Group of Tennessee, having been in the business since 2016. She graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and she is passionate about holistic health. When she’s not working with clients to facilitate closings and solve complex title issues, she enjoys playing cards, painting, and pursuing a variety of artistic and creative endeavors.

Summer was born and raised in Kingsport, TN and is proud to call it her home. Summer graduated from East Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology. She comes from a real estate background hanging her Realtor license at Century 21 Legacy in Kingsport, and she has years of experience in title. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends! You can find her at the ballfield or court on the weekends watching Jenna and Logan.

Sherry has been a businesswoman in the East Tennessee community for several years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carson Newman. In addition to a background in telecommunications, advertising, and lending, she has listed and sold property for 25 years for both RE/MAX Preferred Properties and Gables & Gates, Realtors. After serving as the Operations Coordinator for a Construction Company on Norris Lake, Sherry moved back to Knoxville in the summer of 2021 to join Title Group of Tennessee. She is the mother of Carrie Shope Hall and Michael Shope, both of Farragut, TN. Her interests center around faith and family, and she is lovingly referred to as “SherSher” by five high spirited grandbabies.

Luke was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and is proud to call East Tennessee home. Luke graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.A. in Business Management/Economics. He comes from a real estate background having been an abstractor prior to joining Title Group of Tennessee in 2021. He enjoys reviewing title work and solving complex title curative matters. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, playing cards, and spending time with girlfriend Jessica, dog Ruby, and family/friends.

Michael is Title Group of Tennessee’s In-House Managing Attorney. He is a Knoxville native, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and he earned his J.D. at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. Michael joined Title Group of Tennessee in 2017 after spending several years as In-House Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for a real estate development firm in East Tennessee.

Kara joined Title Group of Tennessee as their Staff Attorney in 2021. She was born and raised in Knoxville, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration, and earned her J.D. at LMU’s Duncan School of Law. Kara is married to her high school sweetheart. They are active members of their church and in their free time, they enjoy spending time with their family and pets, being outdoors, and reading good books.

Born and raised in the sunny state of Florida, I made the move to the gorgeous state of Tennessee in 2012. Shortly after moving here and falling in love with what I now consider as “God’s Country”, I had a strong desire to learn more about the people and community. After obtaining my Affiliate Broker license I began working immediately and my passion simply continues to grow. I have now obtained my Brokers license in both TN and VA and plan to continue to expand my knowledge of this beautiful state I now call home.

With a strong commitment to God and family, I possess a level of energy, integrity, and sincerity that is genuinely applied to every real estate transaction. I love meeting and working with new clients and making lifelong friends in the process. My husband and I have been together over 40 years and we have raised two wonderful children allowing us to now enjoy the best part of life, grandchildren.

I have represented buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and owners of property, getting my start not only as a Realtor, but a property manager, working in both the residential and commercial market. I have relocated people from out of state making the entire process comfortable in this life changing event. As someone that was apprehensive moving from the only state I had ever known, the ability to make it a comfortable and fluent process is crucial.

I know how important communication is and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience a pleasant one.

I am now ready to embrace expanding my knowledge by understanding title insurance, title searches, and the legal process of transferring ownership of property by joining Title Group of Tennessee. I am confident that the insights and experience I acquire while working in this role will seamlessly transition into and enhance my Real Estate Career.
